Tar and Chip Driveways are also known as Chip and Seal. Many customers chose tar and chip/chip and seal driveways because they are cost-effective. Lower overall cost is a bonus. Also, they perform in similar ways as asphalt. Tar and Chip/Chip and Seal is usually half the cost of asphalt. Most often, Tar and Chip driveways are ready for traffic after installation. Because of the stones used, Tar and Chip provides a natural, elegant appearance. We offer several different choices of rock. There is a grey, white, and Crushed Granite (reddish tint). Tar and Chip can typically last up to 10 years. Depending on drainage and usuage.
